1 General Terms
By using the EFL Championship website (https://eflchampionship.app), you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. EFL Championship reserves the right to close your account at any time if the platform is used in violation of these terms.
These terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and international online gaming regulations. EFL Championship is an internationally licensed gaming platform committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all members.
Important: Although these terms are provided in Bengali, the English version holds final legal authority. In the event of any dispute, the English version will prevail.
EFL Championship services are only available to residents of regions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws of their own country or region.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on EFL Championship, the following requirements must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
- Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, identity, address, or payment method is not permitted.
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
- For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.
- Email and mobile number verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms
EFL Championship offers a variety of bonus types. Each bonus is subject to specific terms. The general rules are outlined below:
- The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only and cannot be withdrawn until the x8 wagering requirement has been met.
- A new bonus cannot be redeemed until the current bonus has been fully used.
- Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
- The maximum stake per bet placed using a bonus may not exceed ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
- EFL Championship reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
Example to help understand wagering: For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a x8 wagering requirement, you must wager ৳8,000 (৳1,000 × 8) before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits and withdrawals on EFL Championship can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, and no later than 24 hours.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
- EFL Championship reserves the right to freeze any account suspected of suspicious transactions or money laundering activity.
Important: All deposit funds must come from a legitimate source. Depositing or withdrawing through third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
5 Betting Rules
All Sports Betting and gaming activity on EFL Championship is governed by the following rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except in the case of a match cancellation).
- Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet from bonus balance: ৳500.
- If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
- EFL Championship reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- In an accumulator bet, if any single match is cancelled, that selection will be counted as odds of 1.0.
- All games are powered by internationally audited RNG systems. Results are entirely random.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on EFL Championship and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, automation software, or any other artificial means.
- Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
- Conducting transactions through third-party accounts or registering under someone else's identity.
- Attempting to exploit bonus loopholes (bonus abuse).
- Selling or transferring your account to another person.
- Attempting to upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code to the platform.
- Cheating or colluding against other members.
Warning: EFL Championship uses advanced fraud detection systems. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically, and affected accounts are investigated before any action is taken.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
EFL Championship reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or participation in prohibited activities.
- Providing incorrect or false identity information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to submit the required documents.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- To comply with a court order or government directive.
If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeiture applies due to a terms violation.
Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support.
8 Responsible Gaming Policy
EFL Championship believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
- Daily/Weekly Limit: You can set your own deposit or betting limits directly from your account settings.
- Cooling-Off Period: You may take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: You may temporarily close your account for a period ranging from 6 months to permanently.

10 Terms Amendment Policy

- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
